Paragraph 84e Developments
Since our founding in 2020, we have secured six consented Paragraph 84e countryside homes of exceptional quality. We’re on track for this to increase to nine before the end of 2024.
We are presently leading the planning strategy for more than 22 unique Paragraph 84e developments of exceptional quality across the country. The selection below demonstrates the variety of built form that results from producing a design that is sensitive to the defining characteristics of the local area whilst being truly outstanding.
