We pride ourselves on being the foremost planning consultancy, specialising in the creation of exceptional countryside homes.  Our expertise spans rural England, where we manage a diverse portfolio of active Paragraph 84e projects, mixed-use developments, and agricultural projects.  Our track record and reputation have meant that since our founding, we’ve diversified and now work on high-quality urban schemes too.  Collaborating with top-tier architects, we ensure outstanding results for our clients and stakeholders.

Since our inception in early 2020, we have experienced consistent growth and are now entering an exciting phase of rapid expansion.  In 2025, our team will grow significantly, and we are looking for passionate individuals who strive for excellence.

Our Offices

We operate from our own well-equipped offices in the charming village of Micheldever Station. Surrounded by the countryside, the team enjoys walks in the adjacent park or on the numerous public footpaths nearby.

The office has free parking and a convenient train station just a stone's throw away, linking us to the heart of Winchester City in 8 minutes.
