Assistant Planner

Upon graduating from Birmingham City University in June 2021 with a first class degree in Property Development and Planning, Megan is our newest member of the team, keen to get stuck into the world of planning and transfer knowledge learnt to an array of outstanding developments.

Whilst possessing a confident and inquisitive approach, Megan is currently involved in numerous projects, most of which focus on paragraph 80 houses of exceptional quality in the countryside.

She has taken on a key role in appraising sites as part of the application process, as well as speaking and meeting clients to build the imperative rapport associated with successful projects. Alongside this, she is working towards becoming a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), which she is aiming to achieve through hard work and dedication; the same skills that enabled her to achieve a first class degree. Megan currently holds affiliate membership status for the RTPI whilst she gains experience within the industry. 

Megan is fuelled by her passion and interest for planning and all that comes with it. She is eager to both build on her academic foundations and keep up to date with current planning affairs through continued professional development, and with the guidance from the other members of the team.

Recent EXPERIENCE

• multiple rural Planning Appraisals for paragraph 80 dwellings;

• proactively assisting on several full planning applications for new homes in the countryside
